Europos sąvartynų tvarkymo inventorizacijos analizė

Ataskaitoje nagrinėjami Atliekų sąvartynų direktyvos įgyvendinimo neatitikimai. Joje daugiausia dėmesio skiriama tokioms svarbiausioms sritims kaip atliekų priėmimo procedūros, mėginių ėmimo planai, pirminio apdorojimo reikalavimai ir stebėsenos protokolai, atskleidžiant skirtingus nacionalinius požiūrius, kurie gali lemti nevienodą vykdymo užtikrinimą ir aplinkos apsaugą. Ataskaitoje siūlomos rekomendacijos Europos Komisijai ir valstybėms narėms, kaip pašalinti nustatytus trūkumus ir skatinti suderintą sąvartynų tvarkymo praktiką visoje ES.

Ataskaitoje pateikiama skirtingų požiūrių į apdorojimo prieš sąvartyną poreikio vertinimą analizė, atliekų apdorojimo kriterijų ir technologijų analizė,  atliekų maišymo leidimų išdavimo instrukcijos - pastabos dėl bendros ANC vertinimo metodikos, kai tvarkomos stabilios nereaktyviosios atliekos, pasiūlymai dėl tinkamo patikrinimo, siekiant įvertinti, kaip laikomasi reikalavimų tvarkant tiek MVA, tiek pramonines atliekas.
