Bestandsanalyse zum Deponiemanagement in Europa

Der Bericht untersucht die Unstimmigkeiten bei der Umsetzung der Deponierichtlinie. Er konzentriert sich auf kritische Bereiche wie Abfallannahmeverfahren, Probenahmepläne, Vorbehandlungsanforderungen und Überwachungsprotokolle und zeigt unterschiedliche nationale Ansätze auf, die zu einer uneinheitlichen Durchsetzung und einem uneinheitlichen Umweltschutz führen können. Der Bericht enthält Empfehlungen für die Europäische Kommission und die Mitgliedstaaten, um die festgestellten Lücken zu schließen und EU-weit harmonisierte Praktiken für das Deponiemanagement zu fördern.
