Inventarizační analýza řízení skládek v Evropě

Zpráva zkoumá nesrovnalosti při provádění směrnice o skládkách odpadů. Zaměřuje se na kritické oblasti, jako jsou postupy přijímání odpadů, plány odběru vzorků, požadavky na předběžnou úpravu a monitorovací protokoly, a odhaluje různé vnitrostátní přístupy, které mohou vést k nerovnoměrnému prosazování a ochraně životního prostředí. Zpráva navrhuje doporučení pro Evropskou komisi a členské státy k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků a k podpoře harmonizovaných postupů při řízení skládek v celé EU.
