Doing the right things for environmental permitting is an ongoing project (2016-2018) that looks closely at the relation between permitting and inspection, identify interesting case studies and best practices in Europe and identify and describe the steps that could be used in permitting procedures.

Doing the right things for environmental permitting este un proiect în desfășurare (2016-2018) care analizează îndeaproape relația dintre autorizare și inspecție, identifică studii de caz interesante și bune practici în Europa și identifică și descrie etapele care ar putea fi utilizate în procedurile de autorizare.

Propunerea acestui proiect de 3 ani este de a: 1) să colecteze și să compare procedurile care sunt utilizate în Europa în acest moment și să clarifice nevoile, 2) pe baza acestor informații, o echipă de proiect va dezvolta un ghid care este suficient de flexibil pentru a se adapta autorităților din Europa în timpul eliberării permiselor pentru IED, 3) să organizeze sesiuni de instruire privind eliberarea permiselor IED și să identifice lacunele în instrumentele și metodologiile pentru eliberarea permiselor, astfel încât să poată fi inițiate noi proiecte IMPEL.

Rezultatul final al activității este un ghid pas cu pas pentru eliberarea permiselor, ofițeri de eliberare a permiselor bine instruiți și o identificare a noilor inițiative IMPEL pentru proiecte privind eliberarea permiselor.

This guidance was produced under the 2012 IMPEL project: Environmental inspections of industrial installations in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) The main objective of this project was to organise an exchange of information concerning best practices for the implementation of article 23 of the IED taking into account the guidance on inspection planning and risk appraisal already developed by IMPEL and the requirements described in Article 23 of the IED.

Pursuant to the Recommendation providing for minimum criteria for environmental inspections (RMCEI) all inspection activities should be planned in advance.
