A Tools for CAED

This document, "Criteria for the assessment of the Environmental Damage (CAED) Practical Guide," focuses on the technical and administrative procedures necessary to determine environmental damage and imminent threats of damage under the European Union's Environmental Liability Directive (ELD). The guide introduces a new methodology based on a Driver, Pressure, State, Impact, and Response (DPSIR) model adapted for ELD assessments.
