Open public consultation on the revision of the REACH Regulation and recent EC proposals

Chemicals: Commission seeks views on revision of REACH, the EU’s chemicals legislation - The Commission has launched a public consultation on the revision of the REACH Regulation((EC) 1907/2006) on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals. The consultation is open until the 15th of April (Friday). You can contribute to the consultation by filling in an online questionnaire. You can submit your responses in any official EU language. Green Deal: Modernising EU industrial emissions rules (europa.eu) - The Commission presented proposals to update and modernise the Industrial Emissions Directive.

Phasing down fluorinated greenhouse gases (europa.eu) - The European Commission has proposed two new Regulations to more tightly control fluorinated greenhouse gases (F-gases) and ozone-depleting substances (ODS).
