Comparison of Common Regulatory Frameworks in Member States /2010
This document is a report on common regulatory frameworks across Europe. It includes case studies, identified through questionnaires and a literature review, that were assessed and compared to identify advantages and disadvantages, costs, benefits, and barriers, as well as to identify good practice. The project considers common regulatory frameworks to be desirable and to have significant benefits for the environment, economy, and society. The report includes a questionnaire that was designed to identify better regulation initiatives being undertaken by member countries.
