The EU soil strategy for 2030 sets out a framework and concrete measures to protect and restore soils, and ensure that they are used sustainably. It sets a vision and objectives to achieve healthy soils by 2050, with concrete actions by 2030 (EC). Eviromental issues on soil and land is also included in IMPEL studies with SWETE Project and Sustainable Landspreading project. IMPEL organized the 2015 Soil Conference, with the scope of sharing experiences and to support the implementation of best practices about soil protection among Practitioners at EU level.
