Tackling Environmental Crime in the Western Balkans: Invitation to Tender

IMPEL is currently implementing a project, funded by GIZ, on Countering Serious Crime in the Western Balkans. IMPEL requires a contractor for an envisaged delivery period of 5 months to support the delivery of a baseline study and assessment of the training needs during phase I of this project.

Interested parties are invited to tender for this contract in accordance with the rules and procedures set out in the: Invitation to Tender Consultant phase I . 

Expressions of interest should be send by email within 5 working days of issuing this tender. The deadline for receipt of proposals is set for 14 December 2018 at 17:00 C.E.T. time.
