The CAED (Criteria for the Assessment of the Environmental Damage) Project members completed successfully the KIP (Knowledge and Information Program) Train the Trainer course which took place in Dublin on 11-12 June 202.
The CAED project has developed a Practical Guide and Tables which provide criteria for the assessment of environmental damage and imminent threat of damage under Environmental Liability Directive. The project team is now preparing to conduct a training on CAED Guidance as part of the European Commission Training and Workshops Program.
CAED is one of the project supported by KIP. KIP is designed to be the knowledge and training hub for all IMPEL projects and KIP assists in the development of training programs and materials as well as guidance and tools.
This was the first KIP Train the trainer course and it was aimed to help the CAED project team to develop their skills and practice on training by using STEA model. At the end of the training, trainees were granted with the first IMPEL "Certificate of Training".
