Practicability and enforceability of the 2008 Recast Proposal of the WEEE Directive

Drawing on the work of the IMPEL Better Regulation Cluster to develop and use a checklist on the practicability and enforceability (P&E) of legislation, the TFS Cluster carried out an assessement of the Recast of the WEEE Directive.
