IMPEL is mentioned (paragraph 21 and 22) in an Opinion of the Committee of the Regions that was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on the 18/01/11. The Opinion relates to the 86th Plenary session held on 5 and 6 October 2010: ‘The role of local and regional authorities in future environmental policy’.
